In January 2023, John Desharnais, a seasoned professional with a lifetime of experience in the trade, acquired the company alongside his wife, Alesha. John’s passion for the industry, combined with Alesha’s dedication to operational excellence, has positioned Wicked Cool Mechanical for continued success.

John Desharnais
Owner
John has worked in the commercial HVACR industry since 1995, building his career through both field and management roles. As owner of Wicked Cool Mechanical, he brings practical technical knowledge, service leadership, and operations experience to the company’s work. His approach to the business is grounded in clear communication, practical solutions, and dependable support. John is also active in the local business community and serves on the Meredith Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.
Alesha Desharnais
Owner
Alesha manages Wicked Cool Mechanical’s financial activities and office operations, helping keep the business organized, responsive, and running smoothly behind the scenes. Her background in healthcare customer relations and HVAC billing gives her a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, budgeting, and administrative coordination. With a steady focus on organization and customer support, Alesha plays an essential role in the day-to-day operations that allow the field team to serve customers effectively.
Kyle Burnheimer
Service Foreman
Kyle brings 13 years of hands-on HVACR experience to his role as Service Foreman. His background includes HVAC, refrigeration, ventilation, and building controls. In his role, Kyle continues to serve as a lead technician in the field while helping train and mentor the service team, support technicians on calls, and coordinate with dispatch to keep work moving smoothly. Known for his strong trouble-shooting skills, customer-first approach, and no quit attitude, Kyle is focused on helping the team solve problems efficiently and deliver the best possible outcomes.
Mike Giampietro
Project Manager
As Project Manager, Mike oversees installation projects from concept to completion. His role includes new installations, equipment replacements, and retrofits, with responsibility for planning, scheduling, equipment procurement, vendor communication, crane coordination, and on-site support for the field team. With nearly eight years of HVAC experience and a background that includes field service and sales, Mike brings a practical understanding of jobsite conditions and customer needs. He looks for ways to add value beyond a direct replacement, helping identify improvements that support clean installations, stronger system performance, and long-term reliability.
