Wicked Cool Mechanical has relocated its operations to a new facility at 21 Meadowbrook Lane, Unit 1, Gilford, NH 03249, supporting continued growth and improved service for commercial HVAC and refrigeration customers throughout the Lakes Region.
Owned by John and Alesha Desharnais, Wicked Cool Mechanical moved into the new space in December 2025 as a strategic investment in operational efficiency and long-term stability. The facility brings office, warehouse, and field operations together under one roof, allowing the team to better manage inventory, streamline workflows, and support faster response times.
The new location also provides room for growth, including space to add up to two additional office team members as the business continues to expand. While future technician hiring will be driven by customer demand, the expanded office and warehouse footprint positions the company well for the next phase of growth.

Remaining in the Lakes Region was a deliberate decision for the Desharnais family. Wicked Cool Mechanical is an active member of the Meredith Chamber of Commerce and plans to increase its local involvement throughout 2026.
